A truly gorgeous example of early isochrone mapping – where each band of colour represents one hour of travel time from Paris by rail. Dating from 1882, this is one of the earliest maps of this genre that I have seen, and one of the most beautiful.
Available in two sizes: 22″ wide by 23″ high (plus a 1″ white border on all sides for a 24″ x 25″ sheet), and 40″ wide by 42″ high (plus a 1″ border for a 42″ x 44″ sheet).
Each poster is printed on-demand using fully archival, UltraChrome inks on Moab Lasal Matte, a beautiful, brilliant white, 230gsm (11 mil) alpha cellulose paper which is acid- and lignin-free. Each print is carefully inspected, wrapped in pH-neutral paper, then rolled and placed in a sturdy chipboard tube for shipping.
