Frankfort European Rail Connections, 1928

A digital recreation of a wonderful modernist diagram from 1928 showing time taken in hours to reach other major European cities by rail. Many cities still bear archaic German forms of their name. Read more about the original map on Transit Maps here.

Available in three sizes: 24″ wide by 27″ tall, 38″ wide by 44″ deep, and 44″ wide by 50″ tall (these dimensions include a white border around the map for easy framing).

Each poster is printed on-demand using fully archival, UltraChrome inks on Moab Lasal Matte, a beautiful, brilliant white, 230gsm (11 mil) alpha cellulose paper which is acid- and lignin-free. Each print is carefully inspected, wrapped in pH-neutral paper, then rolled and placed in a sturdy chipboard tube for shipping.
