An absolutely stunning “birds-eye view” map of Chicago in 1902, highlighting the rail lines of the Chicago & North-Western Railroad. I performed a lot of restorative work on this map, including seamlessly piecing the two halves of the original back together again. Original image is from the Library of Congress.
Available in three sizes: 23″ wide by 15″ high (plus a 0.5″ white border on each side), 34″ wide by 22″ deep (plus 1″ white border); and 42″ wide x 27″ deep (plus 1″ white border).
Each poster is printed on-demand using fully archival, UltraChrome inks on Moab Lasal Matte, a beautiful, brilliant white, 230gsm (11 mil) alpha cellulose paper which is acid- and lignin-free. Each print is carefully inspected, wrapped in pH-neutral paper, then rolled and placed in a sturdy chipboard tube for shipping.
