A classic view of transit in Portland, Oregon from 1937 that shows the transition away from the comprehensive streetcar network of the 1920s to one dominated by gas buses and – for a short while – electric trolleybuses. Charming illustrations are dotted around the map and points of interest are keyed to photos that make up the maps’s border.
Available as a 23″ wide x 18″ tall print, with a 0.5″ white border on all sides (24″ x 19″ sheet).
Each poster is printed on-demand using fully archival, UltraChrome inks on Moab Lasal Matte, a beautiful, brilliant white, 230gsm (11 mil) alpha cellulose paper which is acid- and lignin-free. Each print is carefully inspected, wrapped in pH-neutral paper, then rolled and placed in a sturdy chipboard tube for shipping.
